Sure my beauty is gnawing on a stick of butter, but at least it's pure organic butter. That's gotta count for something......right?

Ha ha, I love it! I give Max (who is 9 months) Tootsie Pops. I get some really disapproving looks, but they keep him quiet.
Butter is heaven in stick form. I regularly eat butter, and blame it on my time spent in France/my inability to eat bread.
Try the Kerr Irish butter from TJ's. Just be sure to hide it from the dairy hog! ;)
I think that every child has let their curiosity for the yellow brick get the best of them. Isaac hasn't done it just yet, but I am sure the day is coming soon. Tyler not only tried it once, but has gotten into it several times! Avy is growing up so much! I am excited that you all will be around for the holidays. Good luck with your road trip! I am so jealous that your weather has been so nice! Enjoy your extended summer in November! One of these days I need to actually call ya and chat!
I remember getting in trouble as a kid for eating the butter. As I got older I realized that as long as you didn't leave teeth marks or little finger craters then you could totally get away with it. I'll have to teach Avy a few of my tricks. They still work today, or at least Pat hasn't given me time out yet.
