I have arrived.

Why?

Monday night:
I made turkey pineapple meatballs for dinner.
Nobody liked them. There were SEVERAL left over.

Wednesday night:
I disguised every single one of those meatballs & a load of spinach in a mystery casserole.
Every plate was licked clean.

Conclusion?
Turning my unpopular meatballs into a new family favorite casserole...
I'm an official Mormon lady.

Hmmm. I would say that posting about casserole on your blog makes it even more official.

You are amazing! And you don't even wear mom jeans - you're definitely ahead of the curve! :)

Ech. Mom jeans, jazzy sweater vests, minivan, giving FHE books as wedding gifts, canning, quilt-making & food storage "surprise" dinner nights right around corner. Stop before it's too late.

Maybe you should go the Lutheran route until you recover. The Mormons will surely welcome you back into the fold down the line.

Did you even come up with the casserole ingredients without a recipe? I am proud! I am glad to hear you are able to get back in the kitchen. You must be feeling better these days.
